摘要
科威特中央银行新总部大楼机电工程包括通风空调、给排水、强电、弱电等约40个系统,功能复杂,属于高度智能化建筑。主要介绍了机电分包工程管理经验,包括机电分包商的选择、机电人员的配备、进度管理、合约管理以及质量管理和采购管理等,总结了机电分包管理所取得的成果以及需要改进的地方。
The scope of MEP work in Central Bank of Kuwait project includes ventilation and air conditioning,water supply and drainage,high voltage,low voltage about forty system,with complex function,being highly intelligent building.The authors mainly introduces management experience about MEP sub-contractor,including select MEP sub-contractor,MEP staff,progress control,contract management and quality management and procurement management,etc.This paper summarizes the MEP management experience and some work need to improve.
