摘要
为了解巨型桩大体积混凝土的温度和温度应力变化,需采取三维有限元法模拟巨型桩桩芯混凝土的施工过程、热力学变化等过程,以便提出合理有效的防裂及温度控制方案。结合深圳平安金融中心巨型桩大体积混凝土施工实例,介绍了该工程桩的混凝土温度现场试验与热学参数反分析。结果表明,采取三维有限元法模拟巨型桩桩身混凝土的施工过程、热力学变化过程、地基的条件与约束影响等进行仿真技术分析是有效可行的。
In order to investigate the temperature and changeable thermal stresses of huge pile mass concrete, 3D FEM calculation method should be adopted to simulate the construction process and the thermal oscillating process of the huge pile core concrete, aimed to propose some suitable temperature control scheme. Combined with construction example of huge pile core concrete in Ping' an IFC, this paper introduces the concrete experimental field testing and anti-analysis of thermal parameters of the pile mass concrete. Results show that it is feasible to simulate the process of construction and thermodynamics changes, foundation conditions and restraint effect of huge piles with 3D FEM.
