摘要
南京南站某变送电线路电缆隧道工程采用顶管法施工,周围构筑物较多。介绍了工程存在的难点,然后分别详细介绍了手掘式顶管与机械式顶管的施工工艺,并对控制土体变形及穿越河道时防透水的措施进行了介绍。最后根据监测数据对邻近构筑物的影响进行了分析。监测数据表明,顶管施工未对邻近构筑物造成显著影响,确保了工程及邻近构筑物的安全。
Pipe jacking construction technology was adopted in the construction of a cable tunnel of the transmission line for Nanjing South Station, and along the line, there are many buildings nearby. The construction difficulties were firstly discussed. After that, the construction technologies of manual pipe jacking and mechanical pipe jacking were introduced in detail. Some measures were also introduced to control the soil deformation and prevent flooding during pipe jacking across the river. At last, the effect of the construction on adjacent structures was analyzed in detail based on the monitoring data, which shows that pipe jacking construction caused no significant influence on the neighboring structures.
