摘要
因后期需在钢管内进行结构施工,管幕预筑法中顶进的钢管均为大直径钢管。由此带来的顶进方向控制难度大、顶进阻力大、地面沉降不可控等问题,制约了管幕预筑法的应用。某地铁车站在国内首次采用管幕预筑法施工,通过采用激光导向、先导管导向板纠偏以及注浆减阻等技术措施,顶管施工精度、顶进速度、总体地面沉降均满足要求,取得了良好的效果。
Large diameter steel tubes were used in pipe-roof pre-eonstruction method due to the necessity to perform constructions within the tubes in the later phase, which brought problems such as difficulties in direction control, large resistance in jacking construction and poor controllability of ground settlement, etc. The pipe-roof pre-construction method was used for the first time in a metro station in China. In this project, some technical measures were adopted such as laser guiding, rectification with guiding tubes, resistance reduction with grouting, etc. As a result, the construction precision, jacking speed and ground settlement all satisfied the design requirement. The construction technology achieved good effect.
