摘要
结合广州市轨道交通6号线工程实例,开发了一种新型的盾构过站施工设备,总结了在暗挖车站狭小空间内采用新型过站小车法对盾构机整体顶升、平移、降落过站的应对措施和控制要点,形成了一套完整的盾构过暗挖车站的施工工法和关键技术,有效缩短了工期并降低了成本,具有很强的实用性。
Based on the engineering practice of Subway Line 6 in Guangzhou, a new machine for shield crossing metro stations was developed. This paper summarized construction measures and control points in the process of integral lifting, transferring and landing of the shield machine in narrow space of metro stations with subsurface excavation. With this project, a complete construction method is formed for shield crossing metro stations with subsurface excavation. This method can short the construction period and reduce the cost, which makes it widely applicable.
