大连中远6万吨级船坞湿法施工新工艺的研究与实践

Study and Practice of the New Technological Process of Wet Construction of Dalian Zhongyuan Dock for Ships up to 60000 DWT

大连中远 6万 t级船坞采用了湿法施工工艺 ,省去了施工期长、费用昂贵的围堰工程 ,避免了围堰止水、渗漏严重等复杂的问题 ,节省投资 2 4 0 0万 ,缩短工期 1年以上。文章阐述了该项工艺的技术要点 ,室内、现场试验结果及工程实施情况。

The technological process of wet construction was adopted in the construction of Dalian Zhongyuan Dock for ships up to 60 000 DWT.The cofferdam works which takes long construction period and needs expensive cost was eliminated and many complicated problems of heavy seepage and water stopping of the cofferdam was avoided.It had reduced investment of 24 million RMB Yuan and shortened the construction period more than 1 year.The paper presents the key points of techniques,test results and the procedures of wet construction.
