某综合性医院住院患者质子泵抑制剂注射剂用药合理性分析

Analysis on Rational Application of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Injection in inpatients of a General Hospital

目的了解某综合性医院住院患者质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs)注射剂的临床合理用药情况。方法随机抽取使用PPIs注射剂的住院患者病例200例,从适应证、用量、疗程、药物相互作用等方面,分析用药的合理性。结果 PPIs注射剂临床使用较为合理,但部分病例存在用药不合理现象,不合格率为25.5%。结论质子泵抑制剂注射剂床使用时应严格掌握用药指征,合理选择用法用量,避免不合理用药现象出现。

] Objective To investigate rational use of proton pump inhibitors （PPIs） for injection in inpatients of a general hospital. Methods 200 inpatients＇ casese using PPIs for injection were randomly chosen and statistically analyzised by considering indications, dosage, periods of treatment and drug interactions. Re- sults PPIs for injection were used rationally in the hospital. But there were still irrational clinical use in some cases. The rate of irrational use was 25.5 %. Conclusion Indication, usage and dosage about PPIs for injection should be controlled strictly to avoid irrational clinical use.
