中西医结合防治脊髓损伤后下肢深静脉栓塞的研究进展

Research Progress on Integrative Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis After Spinal Cord Injury

目的:简述近年来脊髓损伤后下肢深静脉栓塞(DVT)的预防或治疗的研究进展,以期能为褥疮的防治提供一定的参考。方法:对脊髓损伤后DVT的病因、流行病学特点作简要介绍,对脊髓损伤后DVT的预防和治疗作简要分析。结果:脊髓损伤后下肢DVT所带来的危害性极大,应以预防为主;对下肢DVT的治疗目的是缓解其急性期的主要症状,最大限度地预防肺栓塞的发生;中西医结合防治脊髓损伤后下肢DVT效果好,安全性高。结论:中医药配合现代医学对DVT的预防和治疗具有临床的效价比方面的优越性,具有不良反应少,安全性高等优点。

Objective：To briefly summarize the research progress on prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis （DVT）, so as to provide some reference information for the prevention and treatment of DVT. Methods： This article gave a brief introduction on the pathogenesis and epidemiological characteristics of DVT, and made a analysis on prevention and treatment of DYT after spinal cord inju- ry. Results： The damage of DVT after spinal cord injury was severe, so the prevention shall be principal; the treatment of DVT was to relieve the main symptoms of acute phase, to maximize the prevention of pulmonary embolism; integrative medicine for prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis after spinal cord injury was safe and effective. Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with mod- em medicine shows better clinical effectiveness with less adverse reactions and higher safety.
