内蒙古自治区高校学生资助管理及队伍建设研究

Student Financial-Support Management and Staff Construction in Inner Mongolian Universities

随着我国高校学生资助工作力度的加大,高校学生资助管理工作逐步成为高校学生管理工作中的一项重要内容。高校学生资助管理同时也发挥着经济资助和教育双重功能,是学生思想道德教育的重要组成部分。资助工作的好坏与资助管理队伍的建设有着直接的关联作用。目前,内蒙古自治区的学生资助管理工作有序进行,走在全国前列。队伍建设也取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。本文就目前我区学生资助管理及队伍建设的现状及存在问题进行分析研究。

With the increase of student financial-support work in colleges and universities in our country,its management is becoming a very important part of student management.It plays the double function of financial supporting and education and is an important part of moral education for college students.Whether it is well managed is directly related with the construction of financial-support staff.At present,the student financial support in Inner Mongolia is carried out in order,taking a lead in our country,and the staff construction is effective,too.However,there are some problems.This article makes an analysis and study about the status and problem in the management and staff construction of student financial-support work.
