摘要
供应链竞争优势问题得到广泛关注,作为一个整体,供应链是否存在竞争优势,其整体竞争优势是否大于各企业竞争优势之和?本文首先通过博弈论从数量的角度给予了证明,供应链网络通过内部资源的协同整合和各条供应链的"竞合"博弈形成其竞争优势,整体利润大于各部分利润之和,并从规模经济优势、范围经济优势和交易成本的角度对供应链获取额外竞争优势的可能性进行了解析,明确了供应链竞争优势的形成机制。。
Supply chain competitive advantage arouses extensively interest in this research field.Does supply chain has competitive advantage？ The paper verified that supply chain exit competitive advantage compare to single company by analyzing the relationship of the company in supply chain network and exterior competition of supply chain.In addition,the sources of competitive advantage in supply chain were further discussed by applying managerial analysis tools such as economics of scale,economics of scope and game theory to supply chain competitive advantage researching.
