我国金融监管协调制度:现状、障碍与对策

金融业的经济核心作用和重要社会地位近年来日益为社会公众广泛认知,其稳定与安全同社会公众的利益息息相关,如何通过加强金融业监管协调,防范和化解金融风险已成为国际金融危机后国际社会的共识和我国金融业健康发展的重大课题。本文从我国金融业行政管理主体入手,立足我国金融业监管协调的现实,提出了我国金融业监管协调的理想框架和具体改革路径。

The important social status and the economic core function of financial industry are gradually known to public society in recent years.The stabilization and security of financial industry is intimately related to the benefits of social public.How to coordinate and prevent and resolve financial risks by strengthen the financial supervision and regulation become the common recognize of current international society,also,the key issue of financial sound development in our country.This thesis start with the financial administration management,base on the realistic obstacle and prominent contradiction of the financial supervision and regulation,and raise the concrete reform path and reshape ideal frame of the financial supervision and regulation of our country pertinently and constructively.
