谈高校研究型美术教师的培养

Cultivation of Research-Oriented University Art Teachers

高校应该培养出具有先进教育理念的新一代教师去带动基础美术师资水平。目前,为中小学培养研究型美术教师已成为高校美术教育历史性的责任,也是教育发展的必然趋势。高校应通过加强"美术课程与教学论"理论研究的力度,采取对在职教师进行美术教育教学理论的系统培训和优化课堂教学过程等方式,提高美术学(教师教育)专业管理者与施教者的研究水平。

Colleges should cultivate a new generation of teachers with advanced educational philosophy to improve art teachers＇ professional level primary and secondary schools. At present, the training of research-oriented art teachers for primary and secondary schools has become a historic responsibility of colleges of fine arts, the inevitable trend of education development. Colleges should strengthen theoretical research of Fine Arts Curricula and Teaching Methodology, implement system training for in-service art teachers and optimize classroom teaching process with an view to enhancing the professional level of managers and teachers of fine arts.
