摘要
车身IQC是评定钣金零件、分总成及总成的几何尺寸一致性的一种评定工具,车身IQC值的大小及波动范围是衡量车身焊接总成几何尺寸质量的2个重要数据。介绍IOC的计算方法,通过对富康系列车身的 IQG水平的分析,指出IOC的影响因素,并从调整基准、降低高值测量点的扣分值、改进测量工艺三方面对IQC升高问题加以解决。
Body IQG is a means of evaluating the conformability of the geometry dimension of sheet metal parts, sub- assembly and assembly. The magnitude and fluctuation of IQC value are 2 important data for evaluating the geometry dimension quality of the body welding assembly. This paper introduces the calculation method of IQG valve by making analysis of the body IQG level d the FU KANG series cars. It points out the factors influencing the IQG value and solves the IQG value rising problem by adjusting measuring point, and improving measuring datum, reducing deducting value of high value measuring point, and improving measuring technology.
