负压封闭引流技术在腹壁疝无张力修补术后早期深部切口感染中的应用体会 被引量:11

The application of vacuum sealing drainage for early deep infection of incision for abdominal wall hernia after tension-free repair

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在腹壁疝无张力修补术后早期深部切口感染中的治疗效果。方法河北省涿州市医院2005年5月至2012年1月收治腹壁疝无张力修补术后早期深部切口感染7例患者,均早期取出网塞,保留平片,分层应用VSD进行治疗。结果 7例腹壁疝无张力修补术后早期深部切口感染患者,应用VSD进行早期治疗均于4周内切口痊愈出院。结论腹壁疝无张力修补术后早期深部切口感染患者,应用VSD进行早期治疗,避免了长期反复换药及局部瘢痕形成后再次取出补片过程中的严重副损伤。 Objective The treatment effectiveness of VSD in abdominal wall hernia after tension- free repair of early deep infection of incision are assessed. Methods From 2005 May to 2012 January,7 cases of abdominal wall hernia after tension-free repair of early deep infection patients were enrolled. Early removal of plug mesh was done, the sheet was retained, and layered application of closed negative pressure drainage (VSD) was used. Results Seven cases of abdominal wall hernia after tension-free repair of early deep infection patients with application of closed negative pressure drainage (VSD) for early treatment of incision were recovered in 4 weeks. Conclusions Abdominal wall hernia after tension-free repair of early deep infection patients with application of closed negative pressure drainage (VSD) for early treatment was effective and can. avoid the previous long-term repeated dressing change and local scar formation after patch again removal during damages.
