摘要
目的探讨猪小肠黏膜下层(small intestinal submucosa,SIS)生物补片在感染性腹壁缺损修补中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析大连医科大学附属第一医院2012年7~8月收治的2例感染性腹壁缺损患者,应用SIS生物补片修补的临床资料。结果 2例患者手术均顺利完成,关闭腹壁缺损大小分别为20cm×18cm,6cm×4cm。手术时间分别为110min、60min。术后切口脂肪液化1例,加强换药后愈合,无其他手术并发症。2例切口愈合良好,无疝瘘发生,缺损得到完整修复,分别于术后16d、14d出院。随访3~6个月,无复发。结论 SIS生物补片治疗感染性腹壁缺损安全可靠,可有效关闭腹壁缺损,但远期效果有待进一步观察。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of SIS biologic meshes used in repai- ring defect of infected abdominal wall. Methods Two cases of defect of infected abdominal wall from July to August,2012 were retrospectively analyzed,in which SIS biologic meshes were used in the core needle sus- pension techniques combined with bridging method. Results Both cases were performed successfully. Theab- dominal wall defect size in one case was 20 cm - 18 cm, another defect was 6 cm - 4 cm. The operation time were 110 min and 60 min. Fat liquefaction of wound occurred in one case,and the wound was recovered by change dressing. No other complications occurred, wound healing was achieved well without abdominal wall hernia and fistula. The defects were repaired completely. The patients were discharged 14,16 days after oper- ation. No recurrence was observed after operation. Conclusions SIS biologic mesh in the treatment of infec- ted abdominal wall defect is safe and reliable,which can be effective in the closure of abdominal wall defects, but the long-term effectiveness needs further observation.
