摘要 探讨妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)预后的预测价值。检测88例TIA患者血清PAPP-A水平,出院半年随访动脉硬化性血栓事件的发生情况。结果TIA患者PAPP-A浓度为4.75(1.67～7.13)mIU/L。预后不良组PAPP-A浓度高于预后良好组(5.31mIU/L vs.2.61mIU/L,P<0.05),PAPP-A浓度为TIA预后独立危险因素,OR值为3.88(P<0.05)。因此,血清PAPP-A浓度对TIA患者预后有预测作用。 To investigating the role of pregnancy--associated plasma protein A （PAPP-A） in the outcome of transient ischemic attack, we analyzed the levels of PAPP-A in the transient ischemic attack （TIA） patients, and followed up the outcome of them in the following 6 months. The levels of PAPP-A in TIA patients were 4.75（1.67～7.13）mIU/L, the follow-up results indicated the PAPP-A concentration in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group （5.31mIU/L vs. 2.61mIU/L, P（0.05）. Serum PAPP-A concentration emerged as an independent predictor of risk stratification with an OR of 3.88（P～0.05 ）. Higher PAPP-A concentration has a forecasting value on prognosis in TIA.
