加味疏肝散治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察

Revised Shugan Powder Treat Liver-stomach Disharmony Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG)

[目的]观察自拟方加味疏肝散对肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。[方法]选取我院2008年1月至2012年6月以加味疏肝散治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者30例(治疗组),观察临床疗效,并与铝碳酸镁片合多潘立酮片口服的患者30例(对照组)进行比较。[结果]治疗组30例患者治疗2个月后的临床疗效与对照组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,临床症状如脘腹痛、胀满、嗳气、纳差等积分减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]加味疏肝散能明显改善肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床症状,其疗效值得肯定。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of self-made revised Shugan Powder on CAG of liver-stomach disharmony. [Method] Take the said Powder to treat 30 cases of CAG of hver-stomach disharmony type（treatment group）, compared with other 30 cases treated with hydrotalcite tablets and domperidone tablets（control group）; observe their effects. [Result] After 2m, the clinical cure effects between 2 groups had marked difference of statistical meaning by comparison; compared to before treatment, the integral of clinical symptoms, such as bellyache, turgor,rUCtUS and anorexia, was reduced, the difference was of statistical meaning. [Conclusion] The said method Sugan Powder can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of the disease above, whose cure effect is worthy confirmation.
