李惠义用逍遥散合参苓白术散加减辨证论治晚期直肠癌1例

Mr.Li Huiyi Uses Xiaoyao Powder and Shenling Atractylodis Powder for Advanced Rectum Cancer by Differentiation of Signs

[目的]探讨李惠义教授辨证治疗晚期直肠癌的经验。[方法]采用疏肝健脾、解毒散结为大法,用逍遥散合参苓白术散加减,对1例直肠癌肝转移进行治疗。[结果]该患者以上方随症加减调治至今5年,肿瘤学指标均在正常范围;生活可以自理能自行前来就诊。[结论]以疏肝健脾为法,用逍遥散合参苓白术散加减治疗直肠癌肝转移患者,获得良好疗效,值得临床进一步研究。

[Objective] To explore the experience of Pro. Li Huiyi treating advanced rectum cancer with differentiation of signs. [Method] Take the methods of relieving liver to reinforce spleen and removing toxin and mass, as well as revised Xiaoyan Powder and Shenling Atractylodis Powder to treat 1 case of rectum cancer liver transfer. [Result] The patient took the decoction with revision for 5 years, now his tumor indexes are normal, he can live by himself and come to doctor himself. [Conclusion] The methods above had good curative effect and are worthy further clinical research.
