摘要
[目的]针对学生缺乏医学信息领域感性认识的特点,在医学信息学课程教学中采用任务驱动的教学方法,激发学习兴趣和主动性,探讨基于任务驱动的医学信息学课程教学方法设计、实施过程和效果分析。[方法]以模拟开发医院信息系统案例为依托,抓好医院调研、需求分析、课程设计、验收答辩等教学环节,提高学生自主学习和解决问题能力。[结果]该教学方法实施4年以来,建立了任务驱动的教与学机制,形成了科学合理的学习评价体系,实现了理论与实践教学的有机结合。[结论]相对传统课堂教学方法,任务驱动的"医学信息学"课程教学方法,增强了学生的学习驱动力,提高了教学效果。
[Purpose] This paper oudines a task-driven teaching method in medical in^ormatics course where most students lack of perceptive knowledge as well as elaborates medical information with the aim to stimulate learning interests and encourage active knowledge acquisition. Moreover, the design, processing and effective analysis on the task-driven teaching method are discussed. [Methods]It aims to encourage students active learning and improving their problem solving skills, relying on developing simulated cases on hospital information system, through hospital internship, system demand analysis, curriculum design, results demonstraticn and reply. [Results] After four years of practicing, a task-driven teaching and learning mechanism in medicine informafics course has been established, a scientific learning assessment system has been formed, and finally both theoretical and practical elements have been combined well into the teaching process. [Conclusion] As compared with traditional teaching method, the task-driven medical informatics course approach has great- ly improved students' learning motivation and the overall teaching effects.
