小儿过敏性鼻炎中医药辨治研究进展

Research Progress of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment in Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis

[目的]综述近10年来中医药辨治小儿过敏性鼻炎的研究进展。[方法]通过检索近10年来小儿过敏性鼻炎中医临床研究文献,对小儿过敏性鼻炎的病因病机、辨证分型、治疗方法等作总结。[结果]提出小儿过敏性鼻炎的病因为肺脾不足,风痰内蕴,兼为外邪诱发,病机常寒热夹杂,虚实并见。治疗上以祛风宣窍、健脾补肺为主,亦可从寒热痰瘀论治,内外治相结合。[结论]中医药治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎具有一定优势,但有待于进一步规范研究方法,拓宽研究思路,使中医药在小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床应用上有突破性进展。

[Objective]Summarize the last 10 years of research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis. [Methods]By searching for nearly 10 years of pediatric allergic rhinitis of Chinese medicine chnical research literature, summarize the pathogenesis, dialectical classification, treatment method of pediatric allergic rhinitis. [Result]Pathogenesis of pediatric allergic rhinitis is lung and spleen qi deficiency with windphlegm stagnation, it can be treated with extinguishing wind and relieving stuffy nose, nourishing lung and spleen, also can be treated from cold, heat and phlegm, combining medication and external treatment.[Conclusion ]Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine has certain advantages, but needs to further standardize research methods and broaden research ideas, it should make a breakthrough in pediatric allergic rhinitis clinical applications.
