三甲医院低年资护士工作满意度调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解低年资护士的工作满意度,找出相关影响因素,为培养护理人才、适应医学专业发展提供对策。方法采用陶红编制的护士工作满意度评定量表,对本院5年以内的低年资护士241人进行不记名方式问卷调查。分析其对工作满意情况。结果满意度调查表所含8个因子中同事关系项得分最高,其次为对管理满意、对工作负荷强度满意,对工资及福利最不满意,得分最低。结论加强对低年资护士工资及福利待遇的改善,为促进个人成长及发展,进行可行的职业规划,加强管理,可促进低年资护士基本素质及专业能力的快速提高。 Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of junior nurse and analyze the determinants to provide proper methods to cultivate nurses and help to develop the medicine science. Methods Nurses job satisfaction rate scale was adopted in this study. And 241 nurses who worked under 5 years were employed to assessment the job satisfaction. Results Among the 8 sub - scales, relation with colleagues gained the highest score, satisfaction to management and work burden were the next, while the lowest score was to salary and benefits. Conclusions Improving the salary and benefits could prompt the growth and the development of junior nurses; also, a feasible career plan and incentive management could urge nurses to enforce selfimprovement.
