摘要
轮轨三维弹塑性接触应力的计算是研究轮轨接触疲劳的前提.本文首次将CONTACT程序与有限元方法相结合,考虑钢轨的真实几何形状和边界条件,形成了统一的轮轨滚动接触算法和软件CMEF;快速、有效地计算钢轨中真实的弹塑性应力场.
The calculation of wheel/rail threedimensional elasto-plastic contact stress is the basisfor the research on wheel/rail contact fatigue. Thepaper first combines CONTACT program with finiteelement method, taking into account the real geometry and boundary conditions of rail, proposes aunited wheel/rail rolling contact numerical methodand computer software CMEF, which can calculatethe real elasto-plastic stress field of rail effectively.
