摘要
讨论了稀土超磁致伸缩棒特性实验的若干应力与电磁耦合问题,利用自己设计制作的实验装置建立了应力电磁耦合系统的物理模型,应用阻抗分析方法得到了相应的等效电路.测定了在电磁场与应力场共同作用下TbxDy(1-x)Fe2-z三元稀土合金超磁致伸缩棒的磁致伸缩系数、机电耦合系数等.针对磁通泄漏问题,专门设计制作了圆柱型硅钢密闭磁路.本文的实验结果为稀土超磁致伸缩材料应用器件提供了重要而准确的数据.
The electromagnetic and mechanicalcoupling properties of REGMM rods are discussed.The physical model of the coupling system for theinspecting apparatus is established and the equivalent circuits for the coupling system is derived bymeans of resistance analysis method. The electricaland mechanical parameters of the TbxDy1-xFe2-z.(0.27 0.3, 0 5 0.1) rods such as magnetostrictive strain, Young's modulus, magnetomechanical coupling coefficient under electromagneticand mechanical stress fields are obtained with the inspecting apparatus. A special cylinder shaped magnetic path composed of steel silicon film plates andreeled with lead wires is designed to form a closeflux path. The results obtained provide a valuablebasis for the manufacture of supersonic transducerand micro actuator.
