馆藏纸质图书架位合理测算实践——以中山火炬职业技术学院图书馆为例

The rational calculation practice of the spaces of book shelves for paper-based books——A case study of the library of Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic College

文章以中山火炬职业技术学院图书馆搬迁为例,介绍了利用ItasⅡ图书馆管理系统导出图书馆所有纸质图书的数据,并对其进行整理、分析,确定新馆藏书的架位情况。该图书馆利用这种馆藏纸质图书架位合理测算方法,对新馆布局进行了合理规划,保证了图书搬迁工作及上架工作顺利完成。

This paper makes an introduction to the calculation practice by using Iias II system, which makes rearrangement, analysis of all the paper - based books and journals and spots the positions of book shelves by tak- ing the library of Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic Vocational College as a case study. With the help of this calculation method, a rational arrangement has been achieved and the guarantee for the timely removal of the library and the replacement of all paper-based books and journals stored in the library has also been provided.
