SSR法鉴定水稻两系杂交种纯度的运用与探讨Ⅲ.两个形态学差异较大的品种间掺杂回收试验

摘要 在两系杂交稻两优培九的大群体田间纯度鉴定中,定向掺入形态学差异较大的两系杂交稻新两优6380,逐株抽取田间植株叶片样品,运用SSR法进行鉴定。结果表明,运用SSR法能够准确地检测出掺入的新两优6380。在室内检测的谱带中发现,新两优6380的带型与两优培九不育系带型的位置相同。 The groups seeds purity of two-line hybrid rice variety Liangyoupei 9 adulterated another different variety Xinliangyou 6380 was detected through exterminating leaves with the method of SSR.The results showed that Xinliangyou 6380 adulterated could be recognized exactly.The same lane between Xinliangyou 6380 and Liangyoupei 9 sterile line was observed during detection in the laboratory.
