摘要
采用化学试剂法和分光光度法对小花玄参(Scrophularia souliei Franch.)中总皂苷成分进行定性、定量分析。以菝葜皂苷元为对照品,于311nm处比色测定,测得小花玄参中总皂苷含量为11.05mg/g,平均回收率为97.5%,RSD为1.59%(n=6),该测定方法简便、准确,稳定性、重现性好。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of total saponins in Scrophularia souliei Franch.was conducted by means of chemical analysis and spectrophotometry.According to A311 nm of sample tested using Sarsasapogenin as reference substance.The content of total saponins was 11.05 mg/g in Scrophularia souliei Franch..The average recovery rate was 97.5%;and RSD was 1.59%（n=6）.The methods were simple and accurate,with excellent stability and reproducibility.
