广西巴马小型猪氟烷基因PCR-RFLP分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用PCR-RFLP分析了广西巴马小型猪的氟烷基因类型。结果显示,PCR扩增获得广西巴马小型猪氟烷基因片段长452bp,其碱基序列与GenBank公布的普通猪同源性为99.6%;采用HhaⅠ酶切检测广西巴马小型猪、巴长二元杂猪和长白猪氟烷基因的PCR产物,均产生2条电泳条带,未表现多态性;测序表明广西巴马小型猪氟烷基因第1843位碱基均为C。猪氟烷基因PCR-RFLP分析技术为优质猪的培育提供了理论依据。 The genotype of halothane(Hal) gene in Guangxi Bama mini-pig was analysized by PCR-RFLP.The results showed that the length of the amplified fragment from mini-pig Hal gene was 452 bp,which had 99.6% homology with the reference sequence published in GenBank.Two electrophoresis bands were presented respectively when these fragments of Hal gene from Guangxi Bama mini-pigs,Bama mini-pig×Landrace crossbreds and Landraces were digested by HhaⅠ without polymorphism.The sequence results indicated that 1843rd base of all the mini-pig Hal gene were C.PCR-RFLP technique of porcine Hal gene could provide a theoretical basis for high-quality pig breeding.
