体制性因素促使贵州农村劳动力回乡创业。"穷则思变"是农民创业的原动力。劳动力熟识当地资源环境、市场需求和人脉资源以及贵州农民专业合作经济组织得到发展构成了农村劳动力创业的优势。创业机会包括政府的农贷政策支持和市场机会。
Institutional factors have prompted the rural labor force to return home and start a business in Guizhou province.＇Poverty gives rise to the desire for change＇ is the original driving force behind start a business.Rural labor force is familiar the local resources,environment,market demand and network of resources;meanwhile,some peasants specialized cooperative economic organization had been developed in Guizhou province,which formed the advantage for the rural labor force entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial opportunity include agricultural credit policy support and market opportunity.
