不同玉米自交系萌芽期对盐胁迫的生理响应 被引量:2

Physiological Response of Different Maize Inbred Lines to Salt Stress at Germination Stage

摘要 分析了不同浓度盐胁迫条件下3个玉米(Zea mays L.)品种发芽情况以及萌芽期相对含水量、相对电导率、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛及可溶性蛋白含量的变化。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的升高,玉米种子的发芽势显著下降,不同品种的下降幅度不同。不同浓度盐胁迫下玉米的发芽率变化规律明显,但不同品种间差异不显著。随着盐处理浓度的升高,玉米胚中相对含水量明显下降,而相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白含量均增加。 The germination status,change of relative water content,relative electric conductivity,free Proline content,MDA and soluble protein content during germination stage of three maize inbred lines under different concentration of salt stress were studied.The results showed that seed germination potential was decreased significantly with the increase of NaCl concentration.The variation of germination rate of maize under different concentration of salt stress was obvious,but was not significant among varieties.With the increase of NaCl concentration,relative water content of maize germ decreased markedly,while the relative electrical conductivity,Proline content,MDA and soluble protein content was increased.
