摘要
为达到对斯列金1号黄花草木樨(Melilotus officinalis)综合开发利用的目的,对其进行了较系统研究。研究结果表明,在黄花草木樨的根、茎、叶、子各部位含有不等量的黄酮、皂苷、多糖、多酚、生物碱及香豆素等次生代谢产物,它们具有阻抗性、调节性和防治疾病等生理功能,可作为生产医药保健、食品、化工等产品的贵重原料,还可制作畜禽饲料的营养保健添加剂。因此,黄花草木樨中的次生代谢产物颇具开发利用前景。
Melilotus Officinalis Sligen 1 was a kind of fine legumionous forage introduced from Siberia of Russia in 1999.In order to achieve comprehensive development and utilization of this species,a systematic study was carried out.The results showed that many biological secondary metabolites with activities of resistance,regulatory,prevention and therapy,such as flavonoids,saponins,polysaccharides,polyphenols,alkaloids and coumarins,were contained in its roots,stems,leaves and seeds with different content.It could be used as precious raw materials of medical healthcare products,food and chemical industry and nutritional additives of livestock and poultry.Therefore,the secondary metabolites of M.officinalia have considerable prospects of development and utilization.
