中药方剂肠痈Ⅱ号中总黄酮的含量测定

Detection of the Total Content of Flavonoids in Changyong-Ⅱ Chinese Medicine Preparation

利用分光光度法测定肠痈Ⅱ号中总黄酮的含量。以95%乙醇及各显色试剂为参比溶液,芦丁为对照品,确定最大吸收波长为508 nm,线性方程为y=0.012 4x-0.006 2(R2=0.999 7),测定肠痈II号中总黄酮含量为0.25%。研究结果为肠痈Ⅱ号的后续研究提供基础。

The total content of flavonoids in Changyong-Ⅱ was detected by spectrophotometry.95% ethanol and chromogenic reagent were taken as reference solution,and reference substance was rutin,the maximum wavelength of flavonoids was 508 nm,the linear equation was y=0.012 4x-0.006 2（R2=0.999 7）,and the total content of flavonoids was 0.25%.The results would provide foundation for latter study.
