沙蒿高温堆腐过程中化学变化特征

摘要 为了探索沙蒿高温堆腐过程中化学变化特征,采用实验室恒温箱调控温度的方式模拟堆腐过程,定期取样测定全碳、全氮、总腐植酸碳、pH等化学指标。结果表明,在堆腐过程中全碳、全氮、碳氮比及腐植酸碳都呈降低趋势,全碳由堆制前的812.4 g/kg降低到410.0 g/kg,全氮由堆制前的35.9 g/kg降低到30.9 g/kg,碳氮比由堆制前的22.6降低到13.3,总腐植酸碳由堆制前的27 g/kg降低到14 g/kg,pH呈先降低后升高趋势,由堆制前的7.01降低到5.50后又升高到6.49。沙蒿堆腐过程中化学指标的变化规律是制定沙蒿堆肥腐熟度和保证沙蒿堆肥质量的重要依据。 Using the constant temperature box to simulate the process of composting,the chemical change characteristics of sand sagebrush in high-temperature composting were studied through determining the total C,total N,total humic C and pH of compost during composting.The results showed that the content of total C,total N,humic C and the ratio of C to N were all depressed.The content of total C decreased from 812.4 g / kg(before composting) to 410.0 g / kg(after composting),the content of total N and total humic C dropped from 35.9 g / kg to 30.9 g / kg and from 27 g / kg to 14 g / kg respectively,the ratio of C to N decreased from 22.0 to 13.8.The compost pH decreased at first,then tended to increase,from 7.01 to 5.50,then to 6.49.These results could provide some basis for laying down the optimal composting degree and assuring the quality of compost.
