摘要
以决明子种子为材料,采用正交试验设计和相关统计分析方法研究了NAA和GA3不同配比对决明子种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,NAA 100 mg/L加GA325 mg/L配比能提高决明子种子的发芽率,其发芽率可达82%;NAA 100 mg/L加GA3100 mg/L配比对决明子幼苗鲜重和干重的影响明显,鲜重和干重分别达到了1.113 5 g/株和0.327 5 g/株;NAA 50 mg/L加GA3200 mg/L配比对决明子幼苗株高有明显的影响,幼苗株高可达4.070 cm;NAA 100 mg/L加GA350 mg/L配比对决明子幼苗根数有明显的影响,其根数为1.05条/株;NAA 100 mg/L加GA3100 mg/L配比对决明子幼苗茎粗有明显的影响,其幼苗茎粗为0.198 8 cm;NAA 25 mg/L加GA350 mg/L配比对决明子幼苗根长有明显的影响,其幼苗根长为1.340 cm。因此采用不同配比的NAA和GA3处理决明子种子后,不仅能明显提高种子发芽率与幼苗的鲜重、干重和株高,还对幼苗的茎粗、根长、根数有一定的促进作用。
Using semen cassia seed as test materials,orthogonal design and statistical analysis method were applied to study the effects of ratio of NAA and GA3 on seed germination.The results showed that when dose of NAA and GA3 was 100 mg / L and 25 mg / L respectively,the seed germination rate could be increased to 82%.NAA 100 mg / L +GA3 100 mg / L significantly affected the dry and fresh weight of semen cassia seedling which were up to 1.113 5 and 0.327 5 g per individual respectively.NAA 50 mg / L+GA3 200 mg / L obviously improved the height of semen cassia(4.070 cm).NAA 100 mg / L+ GA3 50 mg / L improved seedling root number apparently to 1.05 roots per individual.NAA 100 mg / L + GA3 100 mg / L improved the diameter of seedling stem to 0.198 8 cm;while NAA 25 mg / L + GA3 50 mg / L improved seedling root length to 1.340 cm.It was concluded that treated by different ratio of NAA and GA3,the seed germination rate and seedling fresh weight,dry weight,and plant height of semen cassia could be significantly increased;while seedling stem diameter,root number and root length could be obviously improved.
