摘要
采用细胞培养法对疑似犬细小病毒的粪便和内脏进行了分离和鉴定,并对分离到的病毒进行生物学特性鉴定和动物回归试验。结果共分离到3株CPV,分离株在猫肾细胞F81产生明显细胞病变,血凝效价达1∶27~1∶210,细胞病变能被犬细小病毒阳性血清所抑制,接种幼犬后,分离株3可以引起试验犬发病死亡。
The feces and tissues from clinically suspected dogs were used for isolating canine parvovirus by F81 cell lines.The hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition assay were used to identify the new isolated viruses.The animal inoculation test with isolated viruses was executive.The results showed three strains CPV were isolated from samples.The distinctive cytopathic effect(CPE) appeared on F81 cells after blind passage,and the diluters of HA range was 1∶27~1∶210.The isolated viruses could be neutralized by the CPV positive serum.The experimental canines inoculated with the third virus got a disease and died.
