摘要
对藏药雪莲(Saussurea involucrata)试样进行灰化处理,并采用纸色谱对试样中矿质元素Co、Ni、Cu和Fe进行分离,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定其含量,此方法具有操作简便,准确及可靠等优点,符合分析的技术要求。
The sample of tibetan medicine Saussurea involucrata was ashed;and 4 trace elements（Co,Ni,Cu and Fe） in sample were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry after separated by paper chromatography.This method was simple,accurate and reliable which met the analysis of technical requirements.
