摘要
由于轴线间的角向不对中,联轴器旋转时膜片中产生交变应力,引起疲劳问题。使用中需要考虑其疲劳寿命。本文对六孔圆环形和束腰形膜片,利用有限元方法和薄板弯曲理论建立膜片应力计算模型。引入改进的局部应力-应变法,建立计算膜片联轴器膜片疲劳裂纹形成寿命的模型和方法。定量分析两种形式膜片的应力、附加载荷和疲劳寿命,最后,得出对膜片组设计有参考价值的结论。结论表明,对于设计合理的膜片,其疲劳寿命能满足机组工作要求。
For angular complement of coupling, alternative stresses are generated in the membrane while the coupling rotates. The alternative stresses cause fatigue problem. So the fatigue life should be considered For circular membrane with six holes and width varying circular membrane, the finite element method and thin plate bending theory are used to establish the computational models of stresses. The improved local stress-strain method is introduced to evaluate the crack initiation and life of membranes. The stresses in circular membrane and width-varying circular membrane, additional loads and fatigue life are analyzed. The results show that the fatigue life of reasonably designed membranes can satisfy the service need of rotor system.
