Auto industry is facing the new situation of e-conomic globalization. During the process of implementing globalizational strategy, that China auto industry how to raise the ability of technical innovation, to bring the superiority of Shanghai's technology and talent into full play and to raise the e-conomic position of auto industry in Shanghai as a pillar is stated in this paper.
