A Discussion on Strategic Decision of Group Enterprise Technical Development

本文在学习国外企业技术开发战略决策经验的基础上,对国内集团企业技术开发战略决策的难点进行分析,提出集团企业如何实施技术开发战略的建议,以供参考。

On the basis of studying foreign enterprise technical development, a strategic decision of domestic group enterprise technical development is analyzed in this paper. A suggestion on group enterprise how to apply technical developing strategy is raised.
