摘要
GEO卫星带电环境和表面绝缘材料相互作用引起卫星表面充放电现象,导致卫星"地"电位的缓慢变化和瞬态变化,其中瞬态变化会造成电子系统特别是数字电路工作异常。文章介绍实验室相关模拟试验研究情况,包括试验原理、试验系统组成、试验参数、结果分析以及"地"电位瞬态变化对星上二次电源输出的影响,讨论了空间ESD干扰防护方法。
This paper presents the laboratory simulation of the effects of the spacecraft surface charging and discharging on the satellite structural ground potential, including the test principle, the experiments and the results, and offers some protective measures. The satellite structural ground potential is the reference potential for the satellite and it will influence the satellite's normal working condition. The ground potential transients wound interfere with the electronics, especially, the digital electronics. Based on this fact, an interference test method is developed. An experiment of the surface discharging was carded out to generate the structural ground potential transients and to study their effects on the output of a secondary power supply of a DC-DC converter.
