摘要
在传统的细长体结构的振动试验中,通常采用单一振动台,通过扩展台面连接、多点平均控制的方式开展试验,可能造成结构不同部位的过试验或欠试验;而采用多个振动台协同开展振动试验可以模拟细长体结构的多点载荷激励,可提高试验模拟的置信度。文章通过某典型细长体结构,分析了传统单点激励振动试验的问题,对该结构两点激励振动试验方案、夹具、控制等的设计情况进行了介绍,并给出了实际试验结果。研究结果可为开展类似细长体结构的两点激励振动试验提供参考。
In the conventional vibration test for a slender structure, a single vibrator is used with an expander and the average control method, which may cause over-test or under-test in different parts of the structure. A multi-exciter test with multi-loads applied to multi-points of the structure can enhance the confidence level of the test. In this paper, the problem of the conventional single vibrator test for a typical slender structure is analyzed. The plan, the fixture and the control method of a dual-exciter vibration test for the slender structure are proposed and the actual test results are shown. These results can be used in the dual-exciter vibration test design for other similar slender structures.
