摘要
本文通过对智能交通行业背景的分析,相关企业人才需求的调研,根据调研结果分析专业人才培养方案中存在的不足,对专业人才培养方案进行了完善:确定了"双身份、三循环"的人才培养模式,构建了"能力本位"的课程体系。对高职院校同类专业的人才培养方案的改革提供借鉴作用。
This paper through the analysis of the intelligent transportation industry background,relevant enterprise personnel needs research and analysis of the lack of professional personnel training programs,according to the survey results,to improve the professional personnel training programs： the ＂double identity,three cycles＂ talenttraining mode,to build a ＂competency-based＂ curriculum system.Provide a reference for a similar professional personnel training program of reform of the vocational colleges.
