网络思想政治教育作为高校思想政治教育时空的拓展和创新载体,发挥着越来越重要的作用。占领网络阵地成为新形势下高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的着力点。本文尝试从分析高校网络辅导员队伍建设的现状着手,发掘存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。
