研究生思想政治教育有效性弱化状况探讨

On Graduate Ideological and Political Education Validity Weakening Status

当前研究生思想政治教育存在着有效性弱化的状况,其主要原因受研究生自身原因、研究生辅导员队伍建设和研究生培养模式三方面影响。本文对研究生思想政治教育弱化的原因进行了分析,提出研究生思想政治教育应当从注重个体发展,加强队伍建设,创新教育形式等方面着手,增强研究生思想政治教育的有效性。

Ideological and political education in graduate,there is the situation of validity weakening,mainly due to by postgraduate their own reasons,impact of three aspects of the graduate counselor team building and post-graduate training mode.Analysis of the reasons for the weakening of the graduate ideological and political education aspects,from the focus on individual development,team building,innovative forms of education should to enhance the effectiveness of the graduate political education.
