太极桩相比于深蹲的抗疲劳效应研究

摘要 表面肌电信号(sEMG信号)可以在一定程度上反映肌肉疲劳,利用EMG记录、研究肌肉疲劳是运动生理学中常用的方法,作为一种简单、无创、可定量的研究方法,在运动实践中判断疲劳、指导训练有一定的意义。本研究通过10名站桩练功者与10名深蹲运动者的训练结果比较,探究了太极站桩的抗疲劳效应。实验结果显示:站桩比作为一般健身运动的深蹲有较好的抗疲劳效应。 Surface EMG(sEMG signals) can reflect muscle fatigue to some extent,using EMG records to study muscle fatigue is a commonly used method of exercise physiology,as a simple,non-invasive,quantitative research methods,judgment in the practice of the campaignfatigue,guidance training has a certain significance.This study by 10 pile practitioners the 10 squat movement training compared explore anti-fatigue effect of Taiji pile.Experimental results show that: the better anti-fatigue effect the pile than the squat as a general fitness.
