高学历从业者职业结构与教育分层功能变迁

The Changing of High Educated Practitioners’ Occupational Structure and the Stratification Function of Education

文章利用中国劳动年鉴相关数据,对我国2004-2010年高学历从业人员的职业结构进行了分析,发现我国受高等教育从业者呈现向下流动的趋势,反映出当前我国教育分层筛选功能的减弱,认为出现这一结果的结构性原因是职业结构与教育结构的非均衡发展。

This paper based on the data of 2004-2010 China Labor Statistical Yearbooks,the paper showed that practitioners with high educational background are in a down flow trend.It reflected that the and screening function of education is weakening in our country,and the structural reason of this is the unbalance development of the occupational structure and the educational structure.
