摘要
中职学校安排学生到企业顶岗实习,可以将理论与实际相结合,体验工作情景,做好就业的心理准备。为提高顶岗实习效率,指导老师要与实习企业共同制定培训方案,加强与学生的沟通,及时解答学生的问题,严格考核评价工作。
