摘要
作为未来管理者的大学生,加强管理素质教育是我国高等教育改革需要,是知识经济时代社会发展的需要。当前高等院校由于受地理位置、学生素质、师资力量的限制,对大学生管理素质教育的培养不够重视,管理素质教育体系有够完善。本文从地方性本科院校管理人才素质培养分析的基础上提出了实施管理素质教育的有效途径。
As the future management of college students,to strengthen the management of the quality education is our country higher education reform need,is the need of social development in the era of knowledge economy.The colleges due to geographical location,the quality of students,teachers,training of management of quality education of college students do not pay enough attention to quality education,management system is perfect.This paper from the quality of local university management personnel training,based on the analysis of the effective way to implement the management of quality education.
