民办高校校园文化活动育人作用的调查与对策分析——以宁波大红鹰学院学生为调查对象

Survey and Countermeasure Analysis of Private College Campus Cultural Activities’ Educating Role——Take Students in Ningbo Dahongying University as Survey Object

高校校园文化活动在高校人才培养上发挥着重要作用,充分发挥校园文化活动的育人功能,对实现高校人才培养目标有着不可替代的促进作用。宁波大红鹰学院作为宁波市一所民办高校,人才培养目标是培养高素质应用型人才。通过问卷调查,着眼于校园文化活动的育人作用,重新审视了学校目前的校园文化活动平台,分析了校园文化活动的现状以及学生对校园文化活动育人作用的评价,并从多方面提出了增强校园文化活动育人作用的途径。

Campus culture activities play an important part in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,and they have an irreplaceable role in rea lizing the talents training goal.As a private university in Ningbo,Ningbo Dahongying University’s goal is to train high quality applied talents.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper reviews the platform,analyzes the current situation,evaluates the educational function and put forward the ways to strengthen educational function from many aspects in campus culture activities.
