摘要
设计出一种能够自动记录土壤水分渗漏总量,并对其进行自动采样的系统.该系统通过控制器控制所有步进电动机和电磁阀的协同工作,将渗漏池中渗漏土壤水接入容器中,达到预设水量时,电机搅拌均匀后,将水引入采样瓶中.最后排出系统中所有水分,完成一次采样工作.控制转盘电机转动,可完成其他采样瓶的采样工作.所有采样瓶采集完毕后,提示器自动发出信号通知工作人员收集所有样本.该设计为机电一体化系统,工作稳定可靠,自动化程度较高,科学合理采集样本,可节省大量人力物力财力.
A kind of system for collecting soil leakage moisture with automatic recording is designed. The system can control all the stepping motors and solenoid valves with coordinated work. The soil leakage moisture from the percolating pools flows into a container, and when the water reaches the scheduled lev- el, the stepping motor begins stirring. After that, it starts to sample. When sampling is completed, the device drains off the water in the container automatically. As the above steps after controlling the turnta- ble motor, it can complete the next sampling operation. The reminder equipment will not work until all the samplings are over. The design is a mechatronics system with stable working, high automation and scientific sampling, and it can save a lot of labor, material and financial resources.
