摘要
介绍了一种显微颗粒图像目标物体特征的提取方法.该方法通过形态分析的Steiner方法,引入形态学协方差,建立随机过程与形态学序列变换的联系,进而提取显微颗粒图像目标物体的特征信息.将该方法应用于医学细胞显微图像分析,有效地得出了细胞的粒度、分布属性及方向形态特征,结果表明,该方法是一种有效的细胞显微图像特征提取方法.
This article describes a new method of object feature information extraction from its micro- scopic image. Extracting the object feature information from the microscopic image is studied through introducing the morphological covariance into the Steiner method, and establishing a link between a stochastic process and the morphological sequence of transformation. Then this method is used in medical cell microscopic image study,which helps present the granularity of cells, the distribution of property and direction Of morphological characteristics. It is proved to be an effective cell microscopic image feature extraction method.
